Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

Razorback Electric Inc. wants every customer in Palm Beach and Broward County to be able to request service, read our licensing information, and reach a person — regardless of how they use the web. We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a one-time project.

Measures in place

  • Semantic headings, landmarks, and lists so screen readers can navigate by structure.
  • Every interactive control is reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Form fields have persistent labels, and validation errors are shown next to the field and announced to assistive technology.
  • Text and interface colors are chosen to meet AA contrast on our dark theme.
  • Images carry descriptive alternative text; decorative graphics are hidden from readers.
  • Tap targets on phones are sized for comfortable one-handed use.
  • Layouts reflow to 320px width and support browser zoom and text resizing.
  • The chat and scheduling flow can be completed entirely with a keyboard, and a phone number is always available as an alternative.

Known limitations

We want to be straightforward about where gaps may remain:

  • Content embedded from third parties — including the Florida DBPR license portal, Google reviews, and our security check — is outside our control, and its accessibility may differ from the rest of this site.
  • The date picker in the appointment flow is keyboard-operable, but some screen-reader-and-browser combinations announce the calendar grid differently. Anyone who prefers not to use it can request a date by phone, email, or in the message field.
  • Older documents or images added before this statement may not yet carry full text alternatives. We fix these as we find them.

This site has been reviewed internally using keyboard-only navigation and automated checks. It has not been audited by an independent third party, and we do not claim certification.
