Agreement

These terms apply to your use of this website and to service requests submitted through it. The site is operated by Razorback Electric Inc., 910 SW 15th Ave, Delray Beach, FL 33444, Florida electrical contractor license EC13009190. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Requests are not confirmed appointments

Submitting the request form or completing the chat sends us your preferred date and arrival window. It does not create a confirmed appointment. A member of our office will contact you to confirm availability, scope, and any permit requirements. Arrival windows are estimates and can shift due to emergencies, inspections, weather, or parts availability.

Emergencies and safety

Do not use this website to report an emergency. If you smell burning, see smoke, sparking, scorched outlets, or exposed conductors, leave the area, call 911 or your utility as appropriate, and then call us at (561) 767-5629. Information on this site is general and is not a substitute for an on-site evaluation by a licensed electrician.

Estimates, pricing, and payment

Prices are quoted per job after we understand the scope; any figures discussed before a site visit are preliminary. Additional code-required work discovered during the job is quoted before we proceed. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, cash, and check. Invoices are due on completion unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Permits, inspections, and workmanship

Where a permit is required, we pull the electrical permit and coordinate the inspection for the work we perform. Our work is warranted against defects in workmanship; the specific term and any manufacturer equipment warranty are stated on your invoice or proposal. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, storms, rodents, other trades, or unauthorized alterations.

Air conditioning work

Razorback Air Conditioning is a separate division operating under HVAC license #CAC1822878. HVAC requests submitted here are routed to that division and are subject to its own agreements and warranty terms.

SMS and call consent

By checking the consent box on the request form or replying YES in chat, you confirm the mobile number you gave us is yours and you authorize Razorback Electric Inc. to contact you by phone call and text message about that request — appointment confirmations, dispatch and arrival-window updates, and estimate or invoice follow-up. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving service.

Message frequency varies by job. Message and data rates may apply, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Reply STOP to any text to opt out or HELP for help; opting out of texts does not cancel your appointment and does not stop phone calls. Calls with our office may be monitored or recorded for scheduling accuracy and quality. To stop calls, tell us on the phone or email admin@razorbackair.com. Do not submit a number you are not authorized to use. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false information, another person's contact details without permission, automated or bulk submissions, or content that is unlawful. Site text, images, logos, and the Razorback name and marks are our property and may not be copied or used without written permission.

Reviews and third-party links

Customer reviews shown on this site are published on our Google Business Profile and reflect individual experiences, not a guarantee of results. Links to third-party sites, including the Florida DBPR license portal, are provided for convenience; we do not control their content.

Limitation and governing law

The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for site content is limited; nothing here limits rights you have under Florida contractor law or your signed proposal. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with venue in Palm Beach County.
