Delray Beach is home. Our shop sits at 910 SW 15th Ave, Delray Beach, FL 33444, which means most calls in the city are a short drive rather than a trip across the county — and it means we know the housing stock. Delray mixes 1950s and 1960s bungalows west of Swinton with newer construction, mid-rise condos, and a dense downtown commercial corridor, and each of those brings a different electrical problem to the table.
In the older neighborhoods we spend most of our time on panels that have run out of room, missing GFCI and AFCI protection, ungrounded branch circuits, and additions wired by whoever was cheapest at the time. Closer to the water, salt air is the deciding factor: exterior devices, disconnects, and fixtures corrode years earlier than they would inland. Downtown, the work is commercial — service calls, lighting, and tenant build-outs on Atlantic Avenue and the surrounding blocks.
