Boynton Beach is a short run north of our Delray shop, and the electrical work there has its own character. The city grew fastest through the 1970s and 1980s, so a large share of what we open up is equipment from that era: load centers that are full or no longer supported, aluminum branch-circuit terminations that need correcting, and services sized before central air, pool equipment, and a second refrigerator were standard.
The other half of the picture is community housing. Condos, villas, and 55+ developments dominate large sections of the city, and in those buildings the line between what belongs to the unit and what belongs to the association decides the scope before any work starts. We are used to that division and to producing the paperwork an association needs before approving a panel change or a charger install.
