Information we collect

• Information you give us. Name, phone number, email address, service address or ZIP code, requested appointment date and arrival window, and details about the work you need — submitted through our request form or chat.
• Usage information. If you accept analytics cookies, we collect anonymous statistics such as pages viewed, referring site, approximate region, and interactions like phone-number taps or form submissions.
• Communications. Records of calls, texts, and emails between you and our office.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, schedule and perform work, provide estimates and invoices, keep required service and permit records, and improve the website. We do not sell your personal information.

SMS and call consent

When you check the consent box on our request form or reply YES in chat, you agree that Razorback Electric Inc. may contact you by phone call and text message (SMS) about that request. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving service — you can always ask us to email you only, or simply call our office instead.

• What we send. Appointment confirmations and reminders, technician dispatch and arrival-window updates, estimate or invoice follow-up, and replies to questions you asked us.
• Frequency. Message frequency varies with your request; most customers receive only a handful of messages per job. We do not send recurring marketing texts, and we do not sell or share your number with third parties for their own marketing.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Stopping texts. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. We will confirm the opt-out and stop texting that number. Opting out of texts does not cancel your appointment and does not stop phone calls — tell us if you want calls to stop as well.
• Phone calls. Calls with our office may be monitored or recorded for quality and accuracy of scheduling. Tell the person you are speaking with if you prefer not to be recorded, and we will note it. To be removed from our call list, ask us on the phone or email admin@razorbackair.com.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics cookies load only after you accept them in our cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer. Declining analytics does not limit your ability to request service.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the business — for example website hosting, analytics, scheduling, and payment processing — and with permitting authorities, inspectors, or our air conditioning division when your request involves HVAC work. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Retention and security

We keep service records for as long as needed for warranty, permitting, tax, and legal purposes, then dispose of them securely. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing admin@razorbackair.com. We respond to requests as required by applicable Florida and federal law. This site is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

If we update this policy we will revise the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
